Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor signs/symptoms and communicate with RN/RPN

• Operate and maintain medical equipment safely

• Conduct assessments and respond to incidents promptly

• Educate residents and families on care plans

• Participate in care planning and orientation of new staff

Requirements:

• Completion of an approved Practical Nursing program

• Licensure with the British Columbia College of Nurses

• Active basic cardiac life support certification

• Strong organizational and decision-making skills
