Mental Health Program Coordinator Position

As a core member of the team, you will leverage your nursing background to oversee service delivery in mental health care. Your responsibilities will include supervising staff, implementing quality improvement strategies, and fostering a supportive team environment. This position requires a blend of clinical expertise and administrative savvy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate care provision within designated services
• Lead performance evaluations and staff training sessions
• Establish priorities and resources for care management
• Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration with agencies
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an approved program
• Five years relevant clinical experience, including leadership
• Current BCCNM registration as RN or RPN
• First Aid and CPR Level C certification required
• Must possess a valid BC driver’s license and vehicle
