Burnaby Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for its Operating Room team. You will ensure the delivery of comprehensive nursing care tailored to each patient’s needs while participating in a significant redevelopment to advance facility capabilities. Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and document patient assessments
• Coordinate OR nursing care as per protocols
• Advocate for patient safety and well-being
• Prepare and check all surgical supplies
• Engage in research and quality improvement projects
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse with valid BCCNM license
• At least one year of clinical experience required
• Completion of relevant post-graduate education is a plus
• Proficient in OR nursing and procedures
• Ability to effectively collaborate with healthcare teams
