Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver clinical leadership in skin and wound care practices
• Provide mentorship and education to nursing staff
• Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs
• Conduct assessments to identify learning needs
• Participate in initiatives for risk management and quality improvement
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse with active BC license
• Minimum three years of relevant clinical experience
• At least one year of education or leadership experience
• Specific certifications in wound care preferred
• Possession of a valid BC Driver’s License
