Contribute to patient care as a Casual RN in Medical Imaging at Burnaby Hospital. This role focuses on ensuring safe and effective care during diagnostic and interventional procedures.

We are looking for a skilled Casual Registered Nurse for our Medical Imaging team at Burnaby Hospital. Applicants must be registered with BCCNM and have relevant experience in interventional imaging. In this position, you will provide critical nursing support for patients, assist Radiologists during procedures, and manage potential emergencies effectively, all while prioritizing patient comfort.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care for patients undergoing imaging

• Assist during invasive procedures with Radiologists

• Monitor and document patient's health changes

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols

• Coordinate with the care team for comprehensive patient management

Requirements:

• Registered Nursing license with BCCNM

• Recent interventional imaging experience required

• Valid CPR certification

• Ability to address emergencies swiftly

• Strong patient communication and education skills
