Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough initial and ongoing patient assessments
• Develop therapeutic relationships with patients and families
• Update and modulate care plans in collaboration with teams
• Facilitate patient teaching on health maintenance
• Engage in quality improvement activities and committees
Requirements:
• Approved graduation from a School of Nursing
• Valid BCCNM registration required
• Clinical reasoning and data evaluation abilities
• Effective interpersonal and instructional skills
• Commitment to person-centered care principles
