Your role involves assessing and planning interventions while participating in an educational path relevant to critical care nursing. Strong communication and empathy will help you build therapeutic relationships with patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate in developing and modifying care plans

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and diagnoses

• Coordinate care with interprofessional health teams

• Provide education on health maintenance and recovery

• Document nursing interventions accurately and timely

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing School

• Current registration with the BCCNM

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification

• Willingness to pursue postgraduate courses

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
