BCIT’s School of Health Sciences is looking for dedicated faculty for the Accelerated Baccalaureate Nursing program. This part-time or full-time role allows you to share your nursing expertise while mentoring students through practical learning experiences. Candidates should be passionate about innovative teaching methods, using technology in education, and committed to advancing cultural safety in nursing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor nursing students through hands-on practice

• Engage with advanced technology in teaching

• Facilitate learning in simulation, clinical, and theory settings

• Contribute to curriculum development and delivery

• Collaborate with a community of nursing educators

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of clinical nursing experience

• Master’s degree or enrollment in a Master’s program

• Experience in post-secondary teaching preferred

• Commitment to cultural safety practices

• Current BCCNM registration and CPR certification
