Key Responsibilities:
• Perform patient assessments and develop care plans
• Provide support for implementation of critical care protocols
• Mentor nursing staff and new employees through training
• Advocate for patient rights and choices in care planning
• Document all nursing assessments and interventions
Requirements:
• Must be registered with BCCNM as a practicing RN
• Two years’ experience in acute care settings needed
• Certification in BCLS or ACLS is essential
• Comprehensive knowledge of nursing theory needed
• Ability to coordinate and prioritize nursing tasks
