Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patient conditions and implement care strategies
• Collaborate with interprofessional teams on care plans
• Prepare and support patients for diagnostic testing
• Teach essential health concepts to patients and families
• Document care processes and engage in quality improvement
Requirements:
• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with BCCNM
• Completion of Fraser Health Regional ABI course is required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize patient needs and care tasks
• Previous experience in an acute care environment desired
