As part of our CICU, you will assess patients, coordinate care, and collaborate with interprofessional teams to optimize recovery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate patients and establish nursing diagnoses
• Collaborate on care plans with families and care teams

• Ensure meticulous documentation practices
Requirements:
• Active registration with BCCNM
• Completion of relevant critical care education
• Recent experience in a cardiac monitoring unit
• Basic Rescuer Certificate valid
• Exceptional teamwork and patient advocacy skills
