Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and document nursing care for cardiac patients
• Communicate with families about care plans and progress
• Engage in continuing education and mentorship activities
• Uphold safety standards for patients and staff
• Participate in hospital committees for quality improvement
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse with BCCNM
• Completion of Critical Care Level 2 course
• Minimum one year of Cardiac Surgery experience
• Valid Basic Rescuer Certificate
• Ability to organize and prioritize effectively
