In this position, under the Manager’s guidance, you will liaise with Home Health and manage critical information about clients.

Your role encompasses direct patient care, medication administration, and ongoing assessment. Collaborate with a team of professionals, assessing client needs and developing tailored care plans to foster well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update accurate client records

• Directly administer medications and treatments

• Support the activities of the interdisciplinary team

• Engage in outreach for client health initiatives

• Participate in staff training and quality control efforts

Requirements:

• Completion of a recognized Practical Nursing Program

• Must hold a valid BC Practical Nurse license

• At least one year of relevant nursing experience

• Ability to communicate effectively

• Skilled in organizing and prioritizing tasks
