Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and assess residents' physiological and psychological needs
• Administer medication per established policies
• Provide personal care and support to residents
• Document all relevant information accurately
• Ensure a safe environment and report incidents
Requirements:
• Valid BC Practical Nurse license and good standing
• At least two years’ experience with older adults
• Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing
• Physical ability to carry out nursing duties
• Organizational skills and competency in operating equipment
Deliver excellent nursing care and personal assistance to support the comfort and safety of residents.
