Seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to enhance Pediatric Orthopedic services. Deliver holistic care alongside surgeons and healthcare teams, making a difference in patients' lives throughout British Columbia.
To succeed in this role, candidates must hold current Nurse Practitioner registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives. Responsibilities include diagnosing, treating conditions, and collaborating effectively with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care. You will educate both patients and families while prioritizing their health management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and treat pediatric diseases and conditions
• Monitor ongoing treatment and interpret diagnostics
• Prioritize health plans and communicate effectively
• Consult with healthcare providers for patient assessments
• Supervise nursing staff and educational tasks
Requirements:
• Active Nurse Practitioner registration with BCCNM
• Necessary clinical nursing experience
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Proficient in applying evidence-based practices
• Proven leadership and decision-making skills
