Transition Line Registered Nurse - Cardiac

As a Registered Nurse, you will assess and develop tailored care for cardiac patients while rotating through various specialty units.

Your role will involve collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure that all patient needs are met. Participation in educational programs is also a significant aspect of this position, allowing you to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and direct nursing interventions

• Collaborate to modify and implement care plans

• Educate patients and families on health and recovery

• Participate in collaborative team planning and meetings

• Document care provided and outcomes achieved

Requirements:

• BCCNM registration as a practicing Registered Nurse

• Completion of a postgraduate specialty program or willingness to pursue

• Current certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support

• Excellent communication and teaching skills

• Ability to assess and prioritize patient needs
