This role encompasses delivering person-centered care in the CICU, where you'll be responsible for assessing patients and implementing effective treatment plans. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments and evaluations

• Collaborate with care team and families on treatment plans

• Manage nursing interventions and adjust based on patient progress

• Teach families about disease management and self-care

• Document patient care activities as per guidelines

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with BCCNM certification

• Completion of relevant post-basic nursing courses

• Minimum one-year cardiac care experience

• Current Basic Rescuer certification

• Proficient in electronic health record systems
