Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations
• Coordinate care in collaboration with healthcare professionals
• Educate patients and families on health management
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
• Participate in care conferences and team discussions
Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
• Registration with the BCCNM as a Registered Nurse
• Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)
• Experience in critical care preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
