Fraser Health is looking for a skilled Registered Nurse to be an integral part of the ICU team at Burnaby Hospital. This role focuses on patient assessments, developing and implementing care plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes and experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and nursing diagnoses

• Collaborate on individualized care plans with patients

Requirements:

• Graduated from a recognized School of Nursing

• Active Registered Nurse registration with BCCNM

• Enrolled in or completed relevant specialty courses

• BCLS certification required

• Physical ability to fulfill job responsibilities
