Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and monitor critically ill patients’ conditions
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Educate patients and families on care processes
• Document care activities and patient outcomes
Requirements:
• Current RN registration with BCCNM
• Completion of relevant nursing coursework or experience
• Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)
• Strong communication and patient assessment skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams
