Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care in a client-centered approach

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on patient well-being

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans

• Participate in patient discharge planning processes

• Educate clients and families about health and wellness

Requirements:

• Current BCCNM registration as a Registered Nurse

• Ability to develop and implement effective care plans

• Strong communication skills, both oral and written

• Experience in patient advocacy and clinical techniques

• Capacity to work collaboratively within healthcare teams
