As a Registered Nurse at Age Care, you will play a critical role in delivering individualized care to residents while upholding their rights and dignity. Your responsibilities include coordinating nursing services, leading shift reports, and documenting changes in residents' conditions. You will also play a vital part in promoting a culture of safety and health awareness across the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate nursing services for residents within the neighborhood
• Lead shift reports for the healthcare team
• Document significant changes in residents' conditions
• Review and process physician orders promptly
• Communicate challenges in orders to leadership
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Registration with provincial nursing registry
• Knowledge in geriatric care and nursing standards
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in long-term care nursing
