Licensed Practical Nurse, Full Scope needed at Fellburn Care Centre in Burnaby, B.C., providing nursing care within BCCNM standards and full scope.
Fraser Health is hiring a relief LPN available until March 2027 or until the incumbent returns. Working under clinical operations direction, you assess needs, plan care, implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes. You collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while supporting patients, residents, and families.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess physiological, psychological, socio-cultural, and spiritual needs
- Develop and update individualized plans of care
- Provide nursing care and evaluate outcomes
- Complete admissions, discharges, transfers, and documentation
- Maintain equipment and safe care environments
- Graduate of a recognized practical nursing program
- Current BCCNM practicing registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Knowledge of BCCNM full-scope practice competencies
- Ability to administer medications within full scope
- Effective communication and organization abilities
