ARC’TERYX is seeking a Landscape Crew Lead who will manage a small team while performing landscaping tasks. You will provide coaching, communicate effectively with clients, and ensure all work meets safety and company standards. This role also involves hiring, training new members, and preparing performance reports.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and lead the landscaping crew effectively
• Motivate, coach, and mentor team members on performance
• Complete daily landscaping jobs per company standards
• Communicate with clients to address questions on-site
• Prepare weekly reports on job completion and performance
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of landscaping experience required
• Previous leadership or crew lead experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects daily
• Willingness to work occasional paid overtime
