Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development of GMP cell culture media processes
• Implement QbD principles in product evaluation
• Oversee technology transfer and documentation processes
• Participate in root cause analysis and CAPA initiatives
• Collaborate across functions to deliver technical expertise
Requirements:
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field
• 5+ years of experience in relevant industry roles
• Advanced knowledge of GMP, QbD, and best practices
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Exceptional communication for technical documentation
