Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in quality system accreditation and compliance activities
• Represent QAI in external audit processes
• Manage the closure of Corrective Action Requests effectively
• Conduct internal audits and outreach for QMS improvements
• Develop and implement necessary quality training programs
Requirements:
• Technical diploma in Engineering or relevant field
• Minimum 5 years working within quality systems or compliance
• Sound understanding of ISO standards like ISO 9001
• Proficient in Microsoft M365 applications
• Strong written and oral communication abilities
