Key Responsibilities:

• Manage quality systems for raw materials and production

• Lead Production inline and final QC teams

• Develop effective quality training programs

• Oversee root cause analysis of quality issues

• Collaborate to implement corrective actions

Requirements:

• 3+ years in manufacturing and quality roles

• 2+ years in quality management systems

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Knowledge of apparel production and quality systems

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
