In this supervisory role, you will manage quality systems throughout the manufacturing process while leading the Quality Control team in achieving lofty standards. Your strong leadership skills and experience in quality management will empower your team to excel and implement changes effectively. This role is pivotal for continuous improvement and collaboration in the production line.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage quality processes in raw materials and production

• Lead and train the Production inline and final QC teams

• Guide the team using effective communication and strategies

• Create and enforce quality training programs

• Analyze KPIs to maximize production opportunities

Requirements:

• 3+ years' experience in a quality control leadership role

• 2+ years in quality management systems

• Experience with RCA and CAPA methodologies

• Must have skills in data analysis tools like PowerBI

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
