Quality Assurance Associate at STEMCELL

Become a Quality Assurance Associate with STEMCELL Technologies, where you will enhance document management and training initiatives. Your attention to detail will drive the quality of our products forward.

In this role, you'll support the QA Document Management and Training team by maintaining training materials and monitoring compliance. Working independently, you will analyze quality-related documents to identify improvement opportunities. This position requires a strong foundation in Life Sciences and experience with electronic Quality Management Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage QA documentation and records effectively

• Coordinate and administer training programs within the team

• Analyze documents for quality improvement opportunities

• Review Quality Management System compliance documentation

• Provide guidance on QMS-related inquiries and practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences with 1-2 years of experience

• Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently with sound judgment

• Effective verbal and written communication
