ACCIONA is hiring a Quality Lead to maintain high-quality standards in construction activities. This position oversees quality control efforts and fosters collaboration among project stakeholders.
As a Quality Lead, you will provide critical oversight to Quality Control Coordinators while implementing robust quality management systems.
Your role involves conducting surveillance on inspections, reviewing reports, and ensuring compliance with Inspection and Test Plans. Working closely with subcontractors and internal teams, you will tackle Non-Conformances in real-time.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and mentor the Quality Control team
• Schedule and execute daily quality control tasks
• Conduct field inspections and tests for adherence
• Review and approve quality documentation
• Facilitate regular training sessions for site personnel
Requirements:
• Comprehensive knowledge of quality management standards
• Proficiency in reviewing construction drawings
• Familiarity with Material Approval Processes
• Strong communication skills for effective coordination
• Proven capability in developing Quality Control Plans
