Join SGS as a Technical Supervisor, concentrating on food testing services in North America.
Your role as a Subject Matter Expert will focus on quality management and method validations.
This position offers guidance and leadership to technical teams in Burnaby, Harrisburg, and North Sioux City, ensuring compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards. You will be instrumental in improving lab methodologies, preparing protocols, and conducting instrument troubleshooting. Your analytical skills will support quality control and data evaluations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in validating and verifying testing methodologies
• Develop technical documentation and quality control protocols
• Provide expert troubleshooting advice and support
• Monitor and assess QC and performance metrics
• Lead special project initiatives as needed
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• Background in ISO/IEC 17025 and validation roles
• Technical proficiency with advanced instrumentation
• Experience in data analysis and statistical methods
• Strong multitasking and project coordination abilities
