As a Compliance Auditor II, you will manage compliance audits and mentor Level 1 auditors. The position requires strong skills in communication, problem-solving, and project management to support regulatory adherence in engineering and geoscience practices. Your expertise will help ensure that both individual and firm registrants meet compliance standards effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute compliance audits for firms and individuals
• Apply regulatory requirements to moderate situation complexities
• Manage registrant interactions and resolve conflicts
• Collect and analyze compliance data for reporting
• Deliver presentations and training sessions on audit processes
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Geoscience
• 7+ years of auditing experience in engineering firms
• 6+ years of technical report writing
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification
• Effective communication and mentoring skills
