In this 12-month contract role, you'll support operations with technical expertise and quality management consultation. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting methodologies, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining high-quality standards. Collaborate with diverse teams to uphold Life Labs' reputation in diagnostic services while positively impacting patients' lives across Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide troubleshooting and quality assurance support
• Ensure compliance with regulations and best practices
• Prepare and lead evaluations for new technologies
• Lead in-function and cross-function projects
• Audit performance and develop corrective action plans
Requirements:
• College Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology
• 3+ years of laboratory experience
• Current registration with relevant regulatory bodies
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Expertise in regulatory compliance and risk management
