As the ESO Quality Americas Leader, your role is to enhance business excellence and manage quality at external suppliers effectively. Adhering to guidelines such as ICH and FDA, your expertise will support product development while achieving high standards. This position requires advanced problem-solving and strong leadership in a collaborative global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate quality improvements across manufacturing sites

• Manage ongoing quality support for external partners

• Define compliance goals and monitor supplier performance

• Oversee major quality inspections and resolve discrepancies

• Ensure readiness for regulatory audits

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in a relevant scientific discipline

• At least 8 years in quality within pharma or cosmetics

• Experience with external supplier management is preferred

• Quality management certifications advantageous

• Proven skills in team leadership
