Realstar is looking for a Part-Time Leasing Agent to work 30 hours each week. Your key role will be to connect with prospective residents, qualify applications, and ensure they have the best leasing experience possible. Strong sales experience and excellent communication skills are essential in this dynamic position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Show and promote available apartment suites to potential renters

• Conduct qualification assessments for new applicants

• Answer leasing inquiries and provide information promptly

• Assist with marketing efforts, including open houses

• Maintain accurate records in the property management system

Requirements:

• Proven customer service and sales expertise

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

• Familiarity with MS Office Suite
