Join the team as a Full-Time Research Assistant in Burnaby, BC, focused on data analysis and program evaluation for youth and community programs. This in-person position is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on research experience.
In this Research and Evaluation Assistant role, candidates will conduct literature reviews, administer surveys, and gather valuable feedback from diverse community initiatives. This position will help refine program strategies and improve services targeting youth employment, mental health, and food security.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct literature reviews to support program planning
• Administer surveys to collect community feedback
• Clean, organize, and analyze collected data
• Prepare reports for diverse audiences, including funders
• Maintain accurate evaluation files and quality monitoring
Requirements:
• Aged 15-30 on the job start date
• Required valid Social Insurance Number (SIN)
• Must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or refugee
• Commitment to full-time work throughout duration
• Attend mandatory on-the-job training sessions
