Position: Expert Scientist for Protein Production
Utilize your process development expertise in an exciting role focused on optimizing protein production. This position requires a comprehensive approach to enhance both cGMP and research-use-only processes.
As a Scientist, you will guide the upstream development workflow, from designing experiments to conducting scale-ups and facilitating technology transfers. Analyzing experimental data and collaborating with cross-functional teams will allow you to deliver actionable recommendations, continually improving production efficiency while adhering to rigorous safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects as a Subject Matter Expert in process development

• Execute developmental batches, ensuring efficiency and robustness

• Analyze datasets, present conclusions, and create manufacturing SOPs

• Conduct root-cause investigations and drive corrective actions

• Mentor colleagues and communicate with external vendors
Requirements:

• PhD or MSc with 4+ years or Bachelor's with 6+ years experience

• Proficient in upstream protein production technologies

• Experience with bioreactors and high-throughput experimentation

• Familiarity with process development principles and QbD

• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage priorities
