Reporting to the Senior Manager of Socio-Economic Research, this Evaluation Specialist position is crucial in planning and executing evaluations for various initiatives. The role demands substantial experience in research and evaluation methodologies, and it offers an opportunity to build evaluation capacity within the Research Centre. Your guidance will ensure evaluation activities align with strategic policies and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate planning, development, and implementation of evaluations
• Conduct evaluations of strategic and post-project initiatives
• Maintain a consistent evaluation approach across projects
• Provide oversight and technical expertise for evaluation processes
• Build capacity within the Research Centre for effective evaluations
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in relevant field such as social sciences
• Substantial experience in evaluation or research in the public sector
• Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative evaluation methodologies
• Strong analytical skills and data visualization capabilities
• Successful applicants must maintain Security Clearance
