In this pivotal role at D-Wave, you will lead research within the Hybrid Development Program, targeting performance evaluation of quantum systems. Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate complex research and performance metrics of quantum systems
• Develop innovative hybrid algorithms to enhance system efficiency
• Conduct experimental analyses to support technical decisions
• Mentor team members and influence research methodologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional experts to integrate insights
Requirements:
• PhD or Master's in relevant fields required
• Minimum of 7 years research experience
• Deep knowledge in Python; C++ an advantage
• Strong algorithm development skills
• Proven success in conducting independent research
