Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead R&D for benchmarking and performance optimization

• Develop scalable benchmarking frameworks and tools

• Mentor team members and lead technical discussions

Requirements:

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field

• 7+ years experience conducting complex technical research

• Expertise in Python, C++ experience preferred

• Strong problem-solving skills in statistical evaluation

• Ability to influence and mentor within cross-functional teams
