This role within the Bio Foundry team offers the chance to blend in vivo antibody discovery with cutting-edge AI techniques. You will develop workflows that translate AI-generated models into effective experimental strategies while ensuring scalability and reproducibility in data generation and validation workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design experiments for testing AI-derived antibodies
• Develop workflows for high-throughput data collection
• Collaborate closely with computational and ML teams
• Contribute to traditional and novel discovery paradigms
• Ensure structured, ML-ready experimental outputs
Requirements:
• PhD in a relevant scientific discipline or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years in antibody engineering or related fields
• Familiarity with automation and high-throughput systems
• Experience with structured biological data handling
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
