As Senior Scientist for Process Development (Upstream), your expertise will shape the planning and technology transfer of processes related to cGMP protein manufacturing. You will work closely with Engineers, Associates, and other Scientists, ensuring robust workflows for GMP projects. This role demands strong leadership in cross-functional projects and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic recommendations for upstream protein manufacturing

• Create and oversee plans for clinical protein production

• Guide technology transfer with internal teams and CDMOs

• Collaborate with R&D, Quality Control, and Regulatory teams

• Author and review essential process and regulatory documentation

Requirements:

• Doctoral degree with 5+ years or Master’s with 8+ years of relevant experience

• Hands-on experience in cGMP upstream process development

• Proven leadership in cross-functional project management

• Familiarity with technology transfer processes
