Key Responsibilities:

• Recommend strategic downstream process developments

• Create accountable protein development plans

• Oversee technology transfer initiatives

• Draft process descriptions and necessary regulatory documentation

• Support manufacturing operations and CAPA identification

Requirements:

• Doctoral degree with 5 years or Master's with 8 years experience

• Deep knowledge of cGMP environments

• Experience in implementing technology transfers

• Ability to lead cross-functional projects

• Familiarity with antibody/protein production methodologies
