In this crucial role, you will work within Amgen's In Vitro Pharmacology group, researching novel therapeutic antibodies. You will lead the development and optimization of screening assays, showcasing your exceptional laboratory skills and scientific curiosity. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform affinity and kinetic characterization screenings on various platforms
• Manage instrument upkeep, reagent orders, and troubleshooting tasks
• Summarize and report data using ELN, Screener, and Benchling
Requirements:
• Doctorate degree or relevant Master’s/Bachelor’s with experience
• Hands-on experience with Biacore or KinExA
• Knowledge of protein chemistry and biochemistry fundamentals
• Familiarity with mammalian cell culture and data analysis tools
• Strong analytical mindset and organizational skills
