We're currently seeking a Second Cook for our client in the culinary industry. If you have culinary skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a kitchen team, we'd like to introduce you to this role as a key contributor to our client's culinary operations.

Requirements-

Education:

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience:

1 year to less than 2 years

Tasks- >

Assist in food preparation and cooking under the direction of the chef.

Ensure food is cooked and served according to standardized recipes and portion sizes.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.

Handle and store food ingredients in accordance with food safety standards.

Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and ordering supplies.

Prepare and plate dishes, ensuring presentation meets established standards.

Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, stoves, and fryers proficiently.

Support the First Cook or Chef in overseeing kitchen operations.

Collaborate with the kitchen team to expedite orders during peak hours.

Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper handling of knives and kitchen equipment.
