We’re seeking an Experienced Butcher with 1 to 2 years in the field. You will prepare standard and special cuts, train new meat cutters, and ensure safety protocols are meticulously followed. This is an opportunity to take a leadership role while showcasing your butchery expertise in preparing meats, poultry, and fish.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and package special cuts of meat for customers
• Cut, trim, and clean standard cuts of meat
• Supervise butchers and meat cutters on tasks
• Train newer meat cutters in preparation techniques
• Create attractive displays of meat and fish products
Requirements:
• Secondary school graduation certificate
• 1-2 years of butcher experience
• Knowledge of meat preparation and safety procedures
• Ability to lead and mentor junior staff
• English proficiency for effective communication
