In this multi-faceted role, you will support daily operations and ensure smooth fulfillment processes. Your tasks will include picking, packing, and quality control of orders while working closely with various departments to improve e-commerce functions. This part-time position requires dedication and a proactive approach in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders efficiently
• Conduct quality checks on items before shipping
• Assist with online returns and minimize out of stock instances
• Support replacement orders as required
• Collaborate with e-commerce teams for continuous improvement
Requirements:
• Retail or exceptional customer service experience preferred
• Previous fulfillment or warehouse experience a plus
• Ability to work 20-30 hours weekly
• Availability for at least 1 weekend shift
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
