Part Time AEO Brand Ambassador Position

Become a part-time Brand Ambassador at AEO in Burnaby, BC, where your focus is on creating amazing shopping experiences for every guest. Build brand loyalty while showcasing your love for AEO and Aerie products.
As an essential part of the team, you will engage customers using the AEO Selling Model, helping them find perfect items. You’ll provide product insights and introduce the AEO loyalty program, all while adapting to various roles in the store as needed. Demonstrating integrity by following company policies is key.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize AEO Selling Model to engage guests

• Provide product education about AEO and Aerie

• Introduce guests to the loyalty program

• Adapt roles between Sales floor, Fitting Room, and Cash & Wrap

• Address and resolve guest concerns proactively
Requirements:

• Passion for interacting with customers

• High energy and multitasking abilities

• Flexible availability during evenings and weekends

• Prior retail experience is beneficial

• Must be a minimum of 16 years old
