Position: Retail Sales Associate with Aerie
Step into the role of a part-time Brand Ambassador at OFFLINE™ by Aerie in Burnaby, BC. Your enthusiasm and genuine love for our products will create a welcoming atmosphere for all customers.
In this role, your responsibility is to ensure every guest enjoys an outstanding shopping experience. You’ll leverage the AEO Selling Model to guide shoppers, educate them about products, and promote the AEO loyalty program. Collaborating with your team and maintaining company integrity are keys to delivering exceptional service across all store areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize AEO Selling Model to assist every customer

• Enthusiastically educate guests on our product range

• Introduce and explain the AEO loyalty initiative

• Rotate tasks between Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, and Stockroom

• Tackle guest concerns while upholding a positive environment
Requirements:

• Passion for customer interaction

• Energetic, with a knack for multitasking

• Availability for evening and weekend shifts

• Prior store experience valued

• Must be 16 years of age or older
