Parking Enforcement Officer

Position: Full-Time Parking Enforcement Officer
Join Concord Parking as a Full-Time Parking Enforcement Officer and ensure compliance with parking regulations across various sites. This role requires mobile LPR patrols and excellent customer service skills.
As part of Concord Parking's team, you will be responsible for enforcing parking regulations with precision and attention to detail. Your duties include issuing tickets, monitoring parking areas, and maintaining positive relationships with customers and vendors. Previous experience in customer service and strong observational skills will serve you well in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce parking regulations based on permits and time restrictions

• Accurately issue violation tickets using handheld devices

• Investigate complaints and assess violations

• Prepare detailed activity and incident reports

• Provide information about parking and pay stations
Requirements:

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and clean driving record

• Strong attention to detail and investigative skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and handheld technology

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

• Excellent improvisational skills and professionalism
